HOW TO GET THERE

Location Of Dojo

The IM Marsh campus is situated in its own grounds in Aigburth, Liverpool, close to the University of Liverpool's Carnatic Halls of residence. About three miles from Liverpool city centre, it is well connected by bus and rail routes.

Finding Us -

Via Car From North and East via M62 or M57

Leave the M62 at Junction 6 and take the second exit from the roundabout signposted "A5300 Liverpool South and Airport". The M57 turns into the A5300. Follow the A5300 until you reach the roundabout. Turn right onto the A561. Continue through Garston following signs to City Centre and Birkenhead Tunnel. Turn right at traffic lights soon after passing the "Kingsman" pub on the right, Liverpool Cricket Club is on the left. Take the second turning on the left (South Sudley Road). The entrance to the Visitor's Car Park is opposite the end of this road. Parking here is free, but limited, and is mainly for the sports faciltities. For the Main Entrance and Reception turn right, then immediately left up Mossley Hill Road - the entrance is 200 metres on the left. Parking is for permit holders only on this Car Park. Reception is at the semi-circular entrance half way along the main white building on your left. If you have parked in the Visitor's Car Park, follow the new pathway towards the Student Centre, and go around to the front of Barkhill House (the white building).

From North Via A59 or A580

Turn left at ring road onto Queens Drive (signposted Ring Road Widnes and Liverpool - A5058). Go straight over at all traffic lights and roundabouts. At the large roundabout at Allerton continue straight on , through the traffic lights towards Aigburth. Go under the bridge, and then turn left at traffic lights signposted "Sudley Art Gallery" onto North Mossley Hill Road. At the end of this road, with Mossley Hill Church facing you, turn right, then turn immediately left into Mossley Hill Road. Carry on past Barkhill Road, the entrance to the campus is on the right. Parking is subject to holding a permit. For visitor's parking, follow the road to it's conclusion, turn right, then immediately right again. Parking here is free, but limited, and is mainly for the sports faciltities.

From South via M56

Follow the signs for Liverpool Airport. Then follow the route as given for North and East via M62 or M57. From City Centre and Mersey Tunnels Follow Signposts to Liverpool Airport and Aigburth (A561) approximately 4 miles from the City Centre through a major junction with traffic lights (Otterspool Park is on the Right). Pass Sudley Primary School on the left, then turn left at the traffic lights into Barkhill Road. IM Marsh Campus is on the right at the top of this road. Continue to the top and turn right - the main entrance is on your right

Finding Us - Via Train

The Northern Line From Lime Street Station walk approximately 400 metres to Central Station. Take the Northern line towards Hunts Cross to Aigburth Station. Turn right when you come out of the station. Cross the dual carriageway and walk up Barkhill Road. IM Marsh Campus is on the right at the top of this road.

Finding Us - Via Bus Route

Numbers 82*, 32*, 20, 21, 25, 25A From the City Centre to Mersey Road. At the bus stop walk back towards the traffic lights and turn right into Barkhill Road. The campus is 150 metres up this road on the right. Please check with your local bus company for up-to-date route information. *These services are the most regular
